The  a la carte  buffet at Mayflower is an excellent opportunity to experience a vast and elaborate menu. The menu card highlights the details of each of the items reminding the authenticity of the food. It is mind-boggling to choose from the large number of appetizers, and spoilt for choice by the great selection of main course available.
